Every year we hold a semiformal. Last year we spent it at a barn in Waterman, Illinois and had a blast. Who knows what will be in store for this year. We'll keep you updated.

Sammy Tailgates
This year we have 5 games at Huskie Stadium. They are against Presbyterian, Kent State, Central Michigan (Homecoming), Miami (Ohio), and Toledo. For our tailgates this year, we will be bringing out the Sammy RV. We have 3 spots reserved and will have an additional pick up truck for music, food, and drinks before supporting our Huskie Football team.
Social Events
Sigma Alpha Mu at Northern Illinois University is a social fraternity. We plan events with the campus, various organizations, Sororities, and other Fraternities. We like to socialze with as many people as possible to build an extensive network. Our events range from a themed mixers to community philanthropy events.
Spring Break Retreat
Brothers this year will be returning to Panama City Beach for the fourth consecutive year. Spring Break for NIU is the week of March 8-15. Each year, we make the 14 hour drive there and back which always proves to be a fun bonding experience.
